MOVEUP GALA AWARDS

As part of the MoveUp project, two inspiring Gala Awards events were organized in Italy and Romania, each reflecting the project’s commitment to participation, inclusion, and the shared values of the international sport community under the Erasmus+ framework.

ITALY

In Italy, the MoveUp Gala Awards took place at Angiulli, bringing together participants for a dynamic morning dedicated to engagement and accessibility in sport.

The programme opened with a presentation of the MoveUp project’s mission and key actions, followed by hands-on sport experiences including Walking Basket, Walking Football, and Catchball—demonstrating how physical activity can be adapted to encourage movement and enjoyment for all.

ROMANIA

In Romania, the celebration took place at the House of Football, in Bucharest, with an elegant evening event that highlighted Erasmus+ projects and featured the BeActive Awards.

Project activities and results were presented by representatives of Romanian Football Federation and Corporate Games Bucharest, showcasing the project’s impact, partnerships, and future perspectives.

The ceremony proudly honoured MoveUp awardees, presented participant diplomas, and concluded with the International Catchball Ranking Awards, followed by a networking reception.
